Start Something: Doing Good while Doing Well: Want to start a business with high social as well as financial returns? One where you can do well for yourself while doing good for others? Join us for coffee and a light breakfast and learn about the growing field of social enterprise from Chris Miller, CEO of the Mission Company L3C, and a panel of experts who have helped social entrepreneurs grow.  Find out what it takes to get started, how some local social entrepreneurs have earned success and where you can go for more information and advice.  Panelists include Laurie Hauber project director for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s Community Economic Development Program,  and Fred Domke, founder of Bridge Bread, a social entrepreneurship  initiative designed to help homeless persons be productively employed and a 2014 winner of the Youthbridge Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition.
